The business consulting model is based on a specific task or project with very clear deliverables and is usually of limited scope. We typically meet with the business owner to clarify the details about what they need and prepare a statement of work (SOW) outlining what we will be doing, how long it will take, what it will cost, and the specific deliverables. Business Coaching helps business owners plan better, take better actions and improve their bottom line business results. A business coach meets with the owner on a regular basis (usually for an extended period of time) to set goals, create strategy, track progress, provide tools, measure results, and refine strategies. They hold the business owner accountable for achieving their own goals and to get results they have not been able to achieve on their own. A business coach typically addresses all aspects of the business (versus a consultant who specializes in one
